Finished with optional chocolate swirls or candy cane crunch, it’s cozy, indulgent, and bright all at once—perfect for the holidays or anytime you’re craving something minty and sweet.

Blend the base: In a blender, combine: Milk, sweetener, vanilla, white chocolate peppermint butter, protein powder, peppermint extract, salt, and xanthan gum. Blend until completely smooth and well incorporated.

Freeze: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Secure the lid and freeze on a level surface for at least 12 hours, or until fully solid.

Spin: Remove the pint from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it into the Ninja Creami.
Select Lite Ice Cream (or Ice Cream if using full sugar).

Re-spin if needed: If the texture looks crumbly or powdery after the first spin, add 1–2 tablespoons milk and select Re-spin. Repeat once more if needed until creamy.

Add mix-ins: Create a small well in the center and add melted chocolate, chopped chocolate, or candy cane bits.
Select Mix-In.

Serve: Scoop and enjoy right away, or smooth the top and refreeze for later scooping.

30g sweetener

1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

2 heaping spoonfuls of Nutterly Delicious White Chocolate Peppermint Cashew Butter

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/16 tsp peppermint extract

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp xanthan gum (optional)

Base

Melted dark chocolate or white chocolate
