You can cook along with me and end up with a nutritious and delicious meal in less than an hour. Each session also includes education about a specific topic. In June I will discuss the journey of food from farm to your fork. If you can’t attend live, you can still register and pay to receive all of the materials, including the recording of the event. The Zoom link and other details will be sent out to registrants via email. Super Salads I am a firm believer that salads should never be bland and boring. This time of year, there is ample fresh produce to build a salad from and I am going to share a formula with you to make it easy! These salads are a delicious and satisfying meal, with countless options to adjust to your own preferences and ingredient availability. Farm to Fork Join me on a journey to learn how food gets from the farm to your fork, starting as a seed and transforming into a meal. I will also discuss how the ways that food is grown and how far it travels affects its nutrient profile and taste.
