Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

I would venture to guess that for many, breakfast is a rushed through or skipped past kind of meal. This is understandable when the day starts off busy and you're called into action before even rolling out of bed! But breakfast is a great opportunity to start the day out with both enjoyment and nourishment - and this recipe is a great way to capitalize on that. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl (with a lid) or mason jar until everything is combined.

Place in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight.

After the oats have set and you're ready to eat, add your desired toppings such as a drizzle of extra peanut butter and sliced banana. You can enjoy as is or warm them in the microwave.

1/2 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp chocolate protein powder and/or cocoa powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 heaping Tbsp Nutterly Delicious Super Seed Peanut Butter
1/2 Tbsp cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
3/4 cup milk (of choice)
Optional: 1/2 to 1 Tbsp sweetener of choice
Toppings: A drizzle of extra peanut butter; sliced banana
