This booking service only serves as a method for credit card payment. All communications will occur via email and sessions are weekly, available starting the week of Jan. 5. Nothing is live so all materials are accessible at your own pace and timing. Mindful Meals: Skills, Recipes and Healthy Habits in the New Year program blends flexible, delicious, science-backed plant-based meals with practical nutrition education and real-life healthy habits-- giving you the tools to build a fresh start that lasts. Whether you're brand new to cooking or to creating balanced, plant-forward meals, or you already feel confident in the kitchen, you’ll find plenty of inspiration, encouragement, and fun woven throughout the series. Across pre-recorded cooking demos and video lessons, and weekly actionable steps, you’ll learn how to cook satisfying plant-forward meals, simplify meal prep, and create mindful habits that support your energy, balance, and overall well-being. The focus is on progress, not perfection—helping you develop a sustainable rhythm that fits your lifestyle. Accountability and support are built in. Each week includes structured guidance, small habit commitments, as well as templates, resources, and recipe inspiration to keep you engaged and moving forward. Every recipe, recording, and resource is accessible anytime, so you can participate at your own pace. Throughout the series, you'll take away: - Easy, approachable and tailored plant-based meals for breakfast, lunch/dinner, snacks, and desserts - Simple strategies for meal planning, prep, and long-term kitchen confidence - Tools for mindful eating and behavior change - Resources, checklists, guides, and weekly action steps to support real-life follow-through - Start your year grounded, empowered, and inspired—one mindful meal at a time.
